At Thread Magenta, we strive to ensure that every item meets the highest standards of quality. However, if you receive a damaged product, we’re here to help.

Exchange for Damaged Goods:

· Customers may Exchange damaged goods within 7 days of delivery.

· To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our support team at helpdesk@threadmagenta.com with the following details:

o Your order number

o A description of the issue

o Photos of the damaged item

o Unpacking/Unboxing video of the package.

Return Process:

1. Once your request is received, our team will review the information and respond within 2 business days.

2. If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Upon receipt of the exchange item, we will inspect it and process your replacement as per your preference.

Important Notes:

· Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

· The item must be exchanged in its original packaging.

· Unpacking/Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate an exchange.

· We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to customer mishandling.

· Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
